Chicken and Rice bake with Broccoli and Cheese

6 small or 4 large boneless chicken breasts1 can Cambell's Cream of Chicken soup - low fat3/4 cup brown long grain rice1 cup water3 cups chopped broccoli1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1. Mix soup, water, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper together in a shallow backing dish. Stir in rice and vegetables.
2. Place chicken on top of rice mixture, add more pepper if desired, and cover.
3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
4. Remove chicken and stir rice. Replace chicken and top with shredded cheese. Melt in oven if necessary.
Serves 4.
