Roasted Dill Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1.25 pounds of red potatoes2 tbsp EVOO1/4 cup chopped dill
Directions
1. Cut potatoes in bite size cubes.
2. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.
3. Place in foil lined pan with 2 tbsp of EVOO and dill.
4. Coat evenly and roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then turn.
5. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
