Chicken Sausage Eggs

4 large Eggs1 Medium Tomato1/2 Yellow Peppers1 small onion1 Tbsp skim milk1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, park Skim1.5 links of Bilinski's Chicken Sausage, Cajun StyleDash of saltSpray of olive oil2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Dice tomato, yellow pepper, onion and chicken sausage. Beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl with milk and set aside.
Spray a pan with with olive oil and set over medium high heat. Saute over medium high heat until onions are tender and sausage starts to brown. Add a dash of salt if desired.
Pour eggs over sautéed vegetables and sausage and turn heat down to medium. Top with fresh cilantro and cook until eggs are done, about 1 minute. Turn off heat and spray with cheese.
Serve with salsa and bread if desired.
