Shrimp and Pasta with artichokes

Ingredients
* Tomato Paste, 0.5 can (6 oz) * Garlic, 6 cloves * *Pine Nuts, 0.5 cup (1 serving) * Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp * Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup * Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon * *Barilla Plus Rotini, 4 oz * Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz * Mushrooms, cooked, 4 medium * Artichokes, fresh, 3 artichoke, medium
Directions
saute artichokes if fresh with olive oil and garlic, then saute mushrooms with mixture, add tomato paste and broth seasonings of choice (cilantro, thyme, basil, parsely), and shrimp to cook in seasoning for a couple minutes (make sure mixture is boiling), add milk and return to boil to let mixture thicken, cook pasta seperately and pour sauce over pasta when done
