1 cup sunflower seeds1 large carrot1 small onion1 stalk celery1 medium potato1/4 cup nutritional yeast1/4 cup flour1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp lemon juiceany spice or combination of spices that appeals to you.
Grind sunflower seeds in food processor.
Grate potato, onion, celery and carrot and add to sunflower seeds in processor.
Add nutritional yeast, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spices and blend until almost smooth. If it is too thick, add a little water.
Bake in a slow oven (300F) for about 1 hour.
