Quorn chicken cutlets with Asparagas and pasta

Ingredients
1/2 C onino2 t oil1 whole red bell pepper sliced thin1 bunch of asparagas2 quorn naked cutlets1/2 cup of brothred pepper flakes1/4 cup parmesean
Directions
cook cutlets in microwave for 1 minute then cut in cubes
heat oil and add onion and red bell, cook until soft
add 1/2 cup broth, asparagas and quorn cutlets
Cook for 5 minutes
Add in cooked pasta
Toss with Parmesan and red pepper flakes
