Ingredients
2 large cans salmon, 1 medium onion, 1 cup bread crumbs, 3 eggs, 1 cup flour, .25 cups canola oil
Directions
mix the contents of 2 large cans of pink salmon with eggs, flour, bread crumbs, and flour. shape into patties.
heat oil in frying pan. brown patties 5 minutes on each side.
makes 10 pattties. perfect for sandwiches.
