1lb ground turkey breast 99% fat free1c. great value southwest salsa1c. black beans1pk. great value frozen stir fry vegetables1 onion chopped1tbls garlic powder1tbls cumin1tbls chili powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper1tbls cocoa powdermushroom slices3tbls tomatoe paste1c. water2tbls canola oil
1.Using the oil, brown the turkey along with the onions and mushrooms
2. Add the salsa, blackbeans and the vegetables.
3. Add all of the seasonings and the tomatoe paste and the water. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
