SALMON DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients
6 LARGE HARD BOILED EGGS (PEELED & SLICED LENGTHWISE)2 TBSP LIGHT MAYO or SOUR CREAM2 TSP YELLOW MUSTARD1 TBSP SWEET OR INDIAN RELISH1 CAN PINK SALMON

15 MINS OR LESS FOR THE COOKING OF HARD BOILED EGGS

Scoop out the yellow yoke out of hard boiled egg (in separate bowl), mash until fine, add salt, pepper, crushed red pepper or cayenne pepper (for that extra bite), mix in mustard, mayo, relish and 1/2 can of salmon. Mix well and spoon mix inside of egg. When done sprinkle remaining salmon over top of egg. Sprinkle parsley for decoration.
