1TBs. = 123 Calories But they are healthy calories. * Flaxseed oil, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Canola Oil, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove) * Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove) * Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove) * *Splenda, 3 tsp (remove) * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1Tbs = 1 serving. Add all ingredients except oil, blend in blender slowly slowly add the oil until thick then refrigerate. You only need to use a small amount, it may even taste too oil for you so you may want to add more apple cider vinegar or lemon juice or water.
