Low Fat Overnight Waffles

2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp sugar2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (or one package)1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp cinnamon1 3/4 cups skim milk1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl in order listed. Beat thoroughly until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in fridge overnight.
Cook waffles according to waffle iron instructions. Serve with cut up fruit and yogurt for a healthy topping. Makes about 10 waffles.
