Chicken with Creamy Mustard Sauce

3 chicken breasts6 Tbl flour2 tsp butter2 tsp olive oil1 cup fat free chicken broth1/2 cup heavy cream1 Tbl Grey Poupon Country Dijon mustard
Dredge chicken in flour. Melt butter in large frying pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and sautee chicken until cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Increase heat to high. Add chicken broth and cook for several minutes, until slightly reduced. Lower heat to medium/high and add cream and mustard, stirring to combine. Cook for several minutes to thicken. Return to chicken to pan and cook for several minutes over medium low heat.
