2 shots espresso (1/2 cup)1 cup Skim Milk (Lactaid)4 tsps Sugar in the Raw
Brew 2 shots of espresso. Combine sugar and milk, stir well. Froth milk until creamy and substantial froth has formed. Pour espresso into milk (or add milk to espresso followed by froth depending on your set up. Me? I froth in my cup.) Stir to combine being careful not to disrupt the foam. Smile. Hide from children and enjoy.
