Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 small onion chopped3 large bell peppers chopped3 large potatoes chopped6 large tomatoes chopped1/8 cup sugar1 package Hebrew national hot dogs
Directions
saute onion and pepper until softened
add potatoes, tomatoes and sugar and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 90 minutes or so until all veggies are soft
chop hot dogs into bite sized pieces and mix in to cook for another 30 minutes or so.

Makes approximately 12 large servings of about 1.5 cups each.
