Arabic Style Mince

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1 onion, finely diced2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 celery stalk, finely diced100g mushrooms, sliced400g lean lamb mince3 tsp Ras El Hanout spice1/2 tin tomatoes1/2 tsp hot chilli powder200ml stock1 handful of raisins
Directions
Fry onion, garlic, celery gently in oil until soft

Turn the heat right up and add mince, crumble and stir fry until dry. Add mushrooms and mix well.

Turn heat down a little add spices, tomatoes, stock and raisins.

Cook on a low heat for about an hour.

Serve in pitas with salad or on rice.
