Quiche Muffins

Ingredients
1 16oz Carton Egg Beaters1 10 oz pkg chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained18 oz pkg 2% shredded cheese.25 cup grated Parmesan2T minced dried onion flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Makes 12 muffins. Bake until golden brown and set.
