Cookie Cake

Ingredients
500g low-fat cookies (square)500g nonfat cottage cheese100g light spreadSplenda equal to 0.6cup sugar 500-700g skim milk2tsp cacaoraisinsvanilla to taste
Directions
Mix cottage cheese with spread and splenda until smooth.Add vanilla.
Preheat milk.Soak cookies in milk one by one 'til the surface is slightly soft and make one layer.Top with cottage cheese mix, then cookies, cottage cheese mix and again cookies 'till nothing left.(add cacao powder and raisins in mix if desired)
Put in the fridge for at least 3.5 hours.Enjoy!
