Penne with broccoli and nuts

Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli2 medium orange bell peppers, diced1 lb of whole wheat penne2 tablespoons grapeseed oil1 garlic cloveBlack pepper1/4 c OJ2 tablespoons soy sauce5 medium scallions2/3 c roasted mixed nuts
Directions
boil pasta. cut up broccoli into florets and peel and dice stem. Dice bell pepper. While the pasta is boiling heat oil in skillet. Add the minced or sliced garlic and black pepper, and toss until just fragrant. Add broccoli, bell peppers, orange juice, and soy sauce and cook until the broccoli begins to brighten in color and is almost tender. If it gets too dry or sticks, add some of the pasta cooking water. Add the scallions and nuts and heat through. Drain the pasta and toss with the broccoli.
