Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 lbs small red potatoes - quartered (with skins on)8 large scallions - chopped2 tbsp Kraft reduced fat mayonnaise with olive oil16 tbsp Fat Free italian dressingsalt & pepper
Directions
Boil quartered potatoes till tender. Have chopped scallions in bottom of a large colander. Drain potatoes on top of the scallions (this will cook them slightly.) Put potatoes/onions in a large bowl and add Italian dressing, mayo and salt & pepper. Stir well. Draw sharp knife through the potatoes to make smaller pieces. Serve warm or cold.
