Karen's Cheesy Turkey and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (2 oz), 3 oz Garlic, 2 clove
Directions
Brown Onions, Garlic and Turkey, season to taste
Cut Potatoes, Brown in Frying pan
Put Cheese, potatoes and meat into 8 in casserole
Bake for 20 min @ 350 or until heated thru and melted
