Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) Swiss Chard, 2 cup, choppedDel Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup Vegetable Broth, 1 cup Beans, pinto, 1 cup *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 1 cup Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tspTabasco Sauce, 1 tspGarlic, 2 tsp
Directions
Just toss all of these goodies in a crockpot and let it cook stew overnight OR cook slowly on your stovetop for about an hour. Adjust any to veggies your taste.
