Veggie Chirashi Sushi

Ingredients
4 cups vinegared sushi rice, cooked1 avocado, sliced1/2 cup cucumber, slivered1 sheet nori, toasted3 baby carrots, slivered1 tbsp. black sesame seeds or toasted sesame seeds1/2 cup toasted almonds
Directions
Cook rice and let cool in non-aluminum bowl, tossing to cool evenly. Put 1 cup rice on plate, and arrange condiments on top so that it looks nice. Serve with tamari, wasabi and ginger.
