Quick Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 Roma Tomatoes 1 tsp olive oil2 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian Medley SeasoningTurn oven on top broiler.
Directions
Slice tomatoes into 6 part wedges

Use a papertowel to lightly oil the cooking sheet with the olive oil or use nonfat cooking spray.

Place tomatoes on oiled cookie sheet or pizza pan and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Italian Medley seasoning, turn to apply to both sides.

Place in oven and turn every 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.

Use as topper to Pita Pizzas, Veggie Omelets, or other recipes... enjoy!
