Ingredients
Salsa, 0.25 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 30 strips (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, 0.5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)Water
Directions
fry veggies first and chicken add all ingredients, put in a slowcooker for 3 hours. Add home made yogurt min. of 1/2 cup. Add salt, dash and pepper. Makes 3 hardy large bowls of soup
