Ingredients
9. Small Red Potato's .5 Cup of Melted Low Fat Butter1. tbsp of Fresh Thyme .5 tsp Salt1. Tbsp of Black Pepper1. Tbsp of Chili Powder1. tbsp of Parsley
Directions
Clean and cut the potato's in half and boil them to desired tenderness or about 8-10 minutes, Then drain and dip them into melted butter and place the potato parts in a glass baking dish face up then sprinkle with thyme, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and parsley. and place in Broiler for about 10 minutes or until blackened to your liking, Then serve.
