MamaCD's Bread for Breakfast

Ingredients
1 C soya flour1 C protein powder (plain)6 eggs 6 T sour cream12 pkts splenda1 t vanilla1.5 t baking powderpinch of salt (optional)
Directions
-beat all ingredients together well
-pour into greased loaf pan (I use silicon pans)

Bake for 45 min. to an hour at 350 F
