Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
4-6 Boneless skinless chicken breast1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)8 oz sour cream (Fat Free)2 tbsp poppy seed1 tube ritz crackers (reduced fat)1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Boil chicken for 1 hour and shred or break apart. Stir togther chicken, soup, sour cream and poppy seed and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then mix crumbled crackers and butter and place on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for another 15 minutes
