Healthy Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 Cup plain lowfat yogurt3 Tbls. apple cider vinegar6 Tbls. honey6 Cups coarsley chopped cabbage1 Cup shredded carrots1/2 Cup chopped onion3/4 Cup chopped bell pepper3/4 Cup finely chopped celery
Directions
1. Combine yogurt, vinegar and honey in large bowl. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
2. Add vegetables and mix well.
3. Cover and chill for at last 15 minutes. Toss again before serving.

Yield: 12 servings.
