Curried Chicken Salad

3 cups chicken breast, no skin, cut into cubes1 cup apples, fresh, quartered or chopped1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup scallions, chopped1/2 cup yogurt, plain, low fat1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise 2 tsp sugar2 tsp curry powder
Cook chicken until no longer pink inside.
In a medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
