1 c. red cabbage1 lb lean ground beef1c. green cabbage1 sm onion1 stalk celery chopped very fine1 c sliced fresh mushrooms1c carrot sticks1 c potatoes w/peels cut to sticks1 tsp garlic powder1tsp crushed basildash salt1 tsp fresh ground pepper2c chicken broth2 tsp. wheat flourdash nutmeg
Brown beef, onion, celery, and spices EXCEPT NUTMEG. Mix nutmeg and flour set aside. Add vegy's then chicken broth, reserving 1/2 c. of broth. Mix flour mixture into reserved broth. When broth and flour mixture are mixed with no lumps add to vegy & meat mixture STIRING WELL. Let simmer stiring occasionaly until broth has thickened as well as vegys & potatoes are cooked through.
