Raw Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
1 cup sprouted chickpeas1/2 zucchini, peeled2 tbsp tahini5 sundried tomatoes2 slices red bell pepper2 slices onionseveral tablespoons lemon juice, to tastecilantro, parsley, cumin, coriander, garlic, and chili powder to taste
Directions
To sprout chickpeas: Buy dry chickpeas. Soak in water overnight. Drain and rinse. Store in a jar or mesh bag, rinsing several times a day for two days until they sprout.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy.
