Crockpot Potato Soup

- 1 bag (1 lb 4 oz) of Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns- 14 oz can of Vegetable Broth- 10.75 oz can condensed Cream of Potato soup- 10.75 oz can condensed Cream of Celery soup- 1 medium onion- 2 cups light soy milk- 1 cup water- 1.25 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Chop up the onion. Put all ingredients other than the cheddar cheese into the crock pot and stir a bit. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Makes five large bowls - top each one with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
