Red Curried Lentils

Ingredients
1tps olive oil1/2 onion1 clove garlic1 tsp ginger2 tsp curry powder or paste1 tsp cumin1/5 c water1 tbs tomato paste1/3c red lentils1-2 potatoes small cubes1/3 c raisins
Directions
saute oil, onion and spices for 2-3min. Add everything except rasins, bring to boil them cook over med. heat unitll potatoes are tender (10-15min)
Add raisins and serve. (Can be served over rice or other starch of your preference and meat can be added if desired)
