Constable's Pot Roast

Ingredients
2.5 lb lean top round beef roast4 medium potatoes, peeled and halved1 lb. baby carrots1 packet lipton onion soup mix, dry1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup1/2 can beer
Directions
Trim all visible fat from beef roast. Place in crock pot. Peel potatoes and carrots, place around roast. Top with remaining ingredients. Cook in slow cooker on high, 6 hrs or until done.
