Oriental Salad

Ingredients
Oriental Salad Dressing (recipe on site) 1/2 cup1/2 package of rice noodles (375 grams)1/2 package of Fresh Coleslaw mix (red and green cabbage and carrots)1/2 cup of red bell pepper1/2 cup sugar snap peas1/2 package or 8 oz of mung bean sprouts2 or 3 stalks of celery
Directions
cook rice noodles then leave in cold water until ready to mix salad then drain
cut celery on a diagonal
cut peas and pepper in bite size pieces
In a large bowl put 1/2 of the noodles and 1/4 cup salad dressing toss in 1/2 of all other ingredients
add the remaining noodles, vegetables and dressing
toss and serve
