Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower florets, no stalks1/4 cup egg whites6 tbsp parmesan cheesea few dashs of pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Boil cauliflower for 1 minute
Drain and place in bowl
Add egg whites and turn to coat
Add cheese and pepper and turn gently to coat
Spray pam on baking sheet and spread out
Bake until cheese is brown, around 10 minutes

or on the grill!!!...

do everything above, then spoon into foil packet, fold to seal, then poke small hole in top to let steam out, grill for 10 minutes off heat while cooking meat. Yum!
