Breakfast Soft Taco

Ingredients
This makes one taco1 fajita size flour tortilla (I use OLE fajita flour tortillas 81cal)1 scrambled egg1/2 meatless sausage link (I use Morning star Italian)1tbs green pepper1tbs scallion2tbs Kraft fat free cheddar cheese1 tbs salsa (I also like to use green salsa to change it up)
Directions
Put one fajita tortilla on a microwave safe plate set aside.

Sauté green pep and scallion you can add it raw if you like.
Place pepper mixture right in the middle from top to bottom of fajita.

Scramble one egg place it down the middle of fajita as well

Cut one veggie sausage link in half microwave for 30 seconds and chop. Place in middle as well.

Add 2tbs cheese to the filling and microwave the whole thing for 30 seconds. (or until cheese melts)

Spread one tbs salsa over egg mixture and fold in half. Enjoy!
