* *Tilapia filet, 4 oz (remove) * *Asian Gourmet Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.25 cup (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp (remove) * *Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove) * Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
marinate tilapia in olive oil and lemon juice for 10 minutes
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon seasoning together. Press fish into breadcrumbs on both sides.
Drizzle the top with a little of the remaining olive oil/lemon juice from bowl.
Place in baking dish and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until done.
