.75 cups short grain brown rice1.5 cups of light soy milk2 cups water.5 cup splenda2 tabs of splenda brown sugar blend.5 cup raisins2.5 teaspoons vanilla.75 teaspoon saltground cinnamon to taste
Mix all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook for 4-5 hours on low (stirring twice during cooking). You can cook it on high for 2 - 2.5 hours, but the results aren't as good. Serve warm w/ Smart Balance light spread if desired. It is also good cold.
