Mexican Style Egg White Omelette

Ingredients
6 Egg Whites1/3 C onion, chopped1/4 bell pepper, chopped3/4 C mushroom, chopped1/2 C Kraft fat free cheddar cheese4 tbs canned green chiles2 slices Healthy Life wheat bread, toasted4 tbs medium salsa1/4 C pineapple "tib bits" in 100% pineapple juice
Directions
Combine egg whites, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, chiles and cheese in a pan and cook till eggs are done and onion and peppers become soft.

Spoon over toast and add salsa and pinapple.
