Leftover Flank Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
Flank Steak, 4 oz Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tbspSwiss Cheese, .75 slice (1 oz) Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 sliceSpinach, fresh, .5 cup
Directions
I grilled my steak on the barbeque the night before for dinner after marinating it in the teriyaki sauce. So, you can use fresh or leftover steak for this.

Spread mayonnaise (or barbeque sauce for an extra kick like my boyfriend does) on one slice of wheat bread. Add 1 slice of swiss cheese and top with spinach. Lay strips of steak on top of the spinach and top with the other piece of bread.
