Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in the eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter. Fold in 2 mashed bananas, 1 chopped banana, granola, pecans. and coconut. Spoon into the prepared muffin cups. sprinkle top with granola.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 25 minutes or until tooth pick or knife comes out clean.

Makes 24 muffins.
