Salmon Patties w/Stovetop

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon w/bone and skin removed1 cup 2% Mexican cheese1 box Stovetop Stuffing Mix for Chicken3/4 cup water1/3 cup mayo lite1 T lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Make into small patties. Sit in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Heat oil over medium heat and fry patties until crisp.
