Feta Spinach Bake

Ingredients
3/4 cup feta cheese2 large egg6 egg whites1 can sliced mushrooms1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (pressed dry)1/2 tsp cream of tartar1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray 6 x6 baking dish with Pam and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand ten minutes and cut.
Note: the cream of tartar will reduce the excess moisture from the mushrooms :)
