Sweet and sour shrimp

Ingredients
6 medium mushrooms slice in half1 cup brocolli flowerets1 cup red peppers, sliced20 small-medium frozen shrimp (cooked or raw)1 small onion, cut into 6 wedges1 cup crushed pineapple in juice1/2 cup Trader Joe's Sweet chili sauce1 cup Minute brown rice
Directions
Make rice according to directions on package.
Heat oil, add onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, cook 2 more minutes.
Add peppers, pineapple, juice and brocolli.
Add shrimp, cook until either warm (if cooked) or cooked (if raw)
Add Trader Joe's sauce, cook until heated through (about 1 minute).
Serve over brown rice.
