Ingredients
Directions
1 egg slightly beaten2 tsp Garlic salt1 lb lean ground turkey 1/4 cup bread crumbs1/2 tsp ground sage1/8 cup canola oil
Put the oil in a skillet and start to heat it up. Combine all other ingredients and mix together well, then make into small balls and cook them in the oil.
*This recipe can be used with ground beef also, however the calorie count is based on using the ground turkey. Also you can use garlic cloves instead of garlic salt if you want.
This recipe makes 6 servings, a serving is 5 meatballs. (This is assuming that you make 30 small meatballs like I did)
