ground turkey 32 oz. green enchilada sauce 1.5 Ccorn tortillas 12monterey jack chs 10 oz.cooked potato 1 Ccooked cabbage 1 Ccooked carrot .5 C
Directions
cook ground turkey with potato, carrot, cabbage til done
layer 1/2 tortillas, sauce, turkey, cheese then the other half tortillas, sauce, turkey, cheese
bake for 20 min.
