Santa Fe Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, venison)1 lg onion, diced1 pkt Taco Seasoning (lower sodium)1 pkt ranch dressing mix1 can Mild Rotel1 can diced tomoatoes1 can Black Beans1 can Pinto Beans1 can Dk Red Kidney Beans2 cans White Shoepeg Corn2 cups water
Directions
Brown meat with diced onion. Stir in taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Add all other ingredients (undrained) stirring well. Bring to a boil then lower heat, cover, and simmer 2 hours stirring frequently. Also works great in a large, 6 qt or larger, Crock Pot.
