Low sodium low fat Spaghetti

Ingredients
dei fratelli whole tomatoes no salt added*Parmesan Bel Gioioso 1 inch cube, optionallean ground hamburger, 4 serving Garlic powder, 6 tbsp *Onion powder, 4 tbspParsley, dried or fresh, 2 tbsp Basil dried or fresh, 2 tbsp Mrs dash garlic and herb, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook hamburder with onion and 4 tbsp of powder until browned all the way though. Add tomatoes ( crush with hands when adding or with spoon), rest of garlic powder, parsley, basil and mrs dash. Let simmer for 10 to 15 min then add cheese. Simmer an additional 10 to 15 min then serve.
