Boingos Asparagus Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) , cooked and in piecesMushrooms, fresh, 5 medium , slicedOnions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) , choppedGarlic, 1 clove , mincedEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.75 cup Egg white, 2 serving 1/2 C Skim Milk*Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Shredded Cheese, 1 cup (*Raw Tomato (Medium, whole), 1 , sliced
Directions
Sautee onion , garlic and mushrooms.

Mix milk, egg beaters and egg whites.
Mix with veggies, pour in Pam sprayed 9 in pie plate. Sprinkle on cheese. Place sliced tomato on top.

Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes, until done.
